Warranty Coverage
- ✓ GatorTour Trike: up to 5-year frame; 2-year major parts (see manufacturer trike warranty)
- ✓ Romeo & Juliet models: 2-year coverage on covered components
- ✓ Other e-bikes: typically 1-year on key components
- ✓ DOA (Dead on Arrival): Full replacement or refund where applicable
