Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on GatorBike's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We use secure payment processing through Shopify and authorized payment providers. We do not store your full credit card information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary by location and product.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $1,000
• Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days
• Signature Required: For security and proof of delivery
• Tracking: Provided for all shipments

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy:

• 14-Day Return Window: From date of delivery
• Unused Bikes: Full refund, free return shipping
• Opened/Used Bikes: Subject to 15% restocking fee
• DOA (Dead on Arrival): Full replacement or refund
• Original Packaging: Required for returns
• Non-Returnable: Custom orders, clearance items

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Warranty

All COSWHEEL products come with manufacturer warranty:

• Frame: 5 years
• Battery: 2 years
• Motor: 2 years
• Components: 1 year

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. See our Warranty Page for full details.

8. Product Usage and Safety

Electric bikes are powerful vehicles. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to:

• Follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding e-bike use
• Wear appropriate safety equipment (helmet, protective gear)
• Read and follow the owner's manual and safety instructions
• Maintain the bike according to manufacturer recommendations
• Not modify the bike in ways that compromise safety
• Not operate the bike while impaired
• Ensure you meet age and licensing requirements in your area

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GatorBike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GatorBike, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these terms.

11. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from GatorBike. Some products may have additional age restrictions based on local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all age requirements.
