Which warranty applies?
- GatorTour Trike:Up to 5-year frame coverage and 2-year coverage on many batteries, electrical parts, and major components under the manufacturer's limited trike warranty. Download full trike warranty terms (DOCX).
- Romeo & Juliet models: 2-year warranty on covered components per manufacturer terms.
- Other e-bikes: Typically 1-year coverage on key components (see table below for part-by-part periods).

Important Warranty Notes
- For typical e-bikes (not trike, not Romeo/Juliet), the warranty period is 1 year from the purchase date (3 months for vulnerable parts), unless a different product-line policy applies above.
- COSWHEEL provides high-class after-sale services.
- In the event of artificial damage, the maintenance cost cannot be exempted.
- Please keep this warranty card for future after-sale services.
- The items in warranty are limited to peculiar parts and common parts. Maintenance costs can be exempted (excluding the wastage of brake lining, tyres, internal tyres spool of the auxiliary wheel and disks resulted from normal use).
