We want you to love your new electric bike. If you're not completely satisfied, our 14-day return policy gives you peace of mind.

14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your electric bike for any reason.

Return Options

Unused Bikes - Full Refund

If the bike is unused and in original condition:

  • 100% refund of purchase price
  • Free return shipping - we cover the cost
  • ✅ No restocking fee
  • ✅ Original packaging required

"Unused" means: No signs of use, all accessories and documentation included, original packaging intact

Opened/Used Bikes

If the bike has been used or assembled:

  • 💵 Purchase price refunded
  • 15% restocking fee applied
  • 📦 Return shipping is your responsibility ($99-150 typically)
  • 📋 Must be in good, resaleable condition

Example: $2,000 bike = $1,700 refund after 15% fee. You pay return shipping.

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If your bike arrives damaged or defective:

  • Full replacement or full refund - your choice
  • ✅ We cover all shipping costs
  • ✅ No restocking fee
  • ✅ Fast resolution - typically 24-48 hours

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Take photos of damage for claim.

Pack Securely

Use original packaging if possible. Include all accessories, manuals, and documents

Use provided shipping label (free returns) or arrange your own shipping (used bikes)

Receive Refund

Refund processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the bike

Required for All Returns

  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery date
  • RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number required
  • Bike must be in resaleable condition
  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included
  • Original packaging required (or equivalent protection)
  • Photos may be required for damage claims

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Orders: Bikes with custom configurations or modifications
  • Clearance Items: Final sale items marked as clearance
  • Damaged by Customer: Bikes damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Past 14 Days: Returns initiated after the 14-day window
  • Missing Parts: Bikes missing major components

Refund Process

Timeline

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after receiving your return
  • Approval: Email notification of approval/denial
  • Processing: 3-5 business days to process refund
  • Bank/Card: 3-10 business days for funds to appear (varies by bank)

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Financing: Applied to remaining balance

Exchanges

Need a different model or color? We're happy to help!

For exchanges:

  1. Start a return for your current bike
  2. Place a new order for the bike you want
  3. We'll expedite your new order once we receive your return

Price Difference: If the new bike costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, we refund the difference.

Warranty vs. Returns

Returns are different from warranty claims:

Warranty (Up to 5 Years)

  • ✓ Manufacturing defects

Partial Returns

Returning accessories or parts only?

  • Accessories can be returned within 30 days if unused
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Subject to 15% restocking fee
  • Return shipping is your responsibility

  • Get Tracking: Keep your tracking number
  • Pack Securely: Use original box or heavy-duty packaging
  • Take Photos: Document condition before shipping

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping that you arranged.
